Future at risk.
Scientists were alarmed to discover that the future of humanity may be at risk from a fundamental problem - growing sterility.
Growing sterility.
Recent studies have shown that more and more people are unable to have children. This follows studies into numerous animal groupings threatened by extinction. And the reason? Simply
that they have become too sterile to bear offspring. Now this trend has become evident in humans with some dire predictions: That if the problem is not resolved very quickly there could come a time when humans
simply die out through an inability to reproduce.
Intoxicants.
The causes for this disturbing loss of
fertility are not completely understood. There are however good grounds for believing it results from intoxication derived from pesticides, pollution, and additives found in food and other consumer products.
Significant threat.
Overall the situation is far from encouraging. No one is sure exactly how fast this crisis will develop. What is certain is that it represents a significant threat to our species and
one that will become ever more prominent in years to come.
Sixth Extinction.
Sterility is not the only threat that we face. In fact we are now in what biologists are calling the Sixth Extinction. Before our very eyes whole species of animals are being pushed
headlong into extinction. Within fifty years over half the worlds animal species will cease to exist and one of those may be our own human race. See below for the full story!
